Information you provide
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, enquiry type and message. We use this information to respond to your staffing, consultancy or career enquiry. The form also includes the page you visited and any campaign parameters in the URL so we can understand where the enquiry came from. Please do not enter sensitive personal documents in this form.
Candidate conversations
If you later choose to share a resume or career details through an agreed channel, we use that information to discuss suitable opportunities. We should discuss an opportunity with you and obtain your permission before sharing your identifiable profile with an employer. The details, retention and any further processing should be confirmed in the operator’s approved candidate privacy notice.
Analytics
Optional analytics and behaviour tools only load when you choose “Allow analytics” in the cookie notice. Depending on which services the site operator configures, these may include Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity. You can clear your browser’s site storage to reset this choice.
Service providers
Form messages are sent through the configured SMTP provider to the site’s designated inbox. Hosting and analytics providers may process information needed to run the website. The site does not sell information submitted through the contact form.
Storage and security
The contact form sends your enquiry by email; it does not create a public account. Server logs and the receiving mailbox may retain related information. Access should be limited to authorized personnel, and retention should follow the operator’s internal policy.
